Kicking off America’s 250th | May 7, 2026

AMERICA’S BALL for THE MALL welcomed a glittering crowd of partners and champions to celebrate and support America’s Front Yard and kicking off the official celebration of the U.S. Semiquincentennial—America’s 250th anniversary, which culminated on July 4th on the National Mall.

This invitation-only event was be a monumental evening, set against the backdrop of the soaring Washington Monument and the U.S. Capitol, where we will come together on the National Mall to honor our nation’s history and its founding. AMERICA’S BALL for THE MALL honored all 50 states and territoties, featured the Trust’s 2026 History, Heroes & Hope Awards and welcome special guests to celebrate the National Mall.
